- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There is no category high enough to describe my five years of referring patients to PCLI, specifically the Spokane Valley office. From the ground up, this is by far one of the most impressive doctors' groups I've ever worked with. The quality of their surgeries is impressive AND consistent. They have compassionate and competitive financial plans, and work exhaustively to make sure they maximize their patients' insurance benefits. Each patient is treated as an individual, with advice catered to their exact needs. Every staff member I've met is friendly to the point of ridiculousness. PCLI even runs a FREE shuttle as far away as Bonners Ferry, ID, for patients who can't work out transportation on their own! When I tell my patients that this is where I would send my own family, I mean it -- I chose PCLI for my own PRK surgery four years ago, and had a great experience.
