  I questioned the staff at Dr. Molly's office regarding the cost for White Crowns, need for a couple of my daughters cavities. prior to any work being carried out on my daughter. I asked about using only a fillings, and to wait and see if they fall out,. The staff were super polite, and said, "sure, well look into your options", in the meantime, they numbed my daughters mouth and gave her some gas. The hygienist gave me a print out of bill a bit later. She explained that a crown was mandatory.. I explained that the price was too high for a "temp crown" on a child's tooth. The dentist "Dr. Molly"came in and explained prices. I politely explained I still felt the price was high, and that after today, I will be doing some pricing/ shopping around. The dentist explained that I should figure out who I want to work on my kids mouth, and to come back once I have figured this out? I knew we were sailing into troubled waters here... I reiterated, that my daughter was already numb and gassed up, please perform the filling with silver crown. Dr. Molly was clearly upset, replied that she would not. I then called here out.. I said, "Your feelings are hurt because I said your prices are high", she calmly denied my allegations.. I then explained she was the most "Fake" person I have ever spoken with, and walked out of their office.. Not happy Molly.. Not one bit..

  Dr. Molly is wonderful. She has a kind demeanor that relaxes the kids while also keeeping the parents informed about their kids’ needs and dental hygiene.

  Very unprofessional. Damaged my son's upper roof of his mouth and referred us to an oral surgoun. Then said she will not be our dentist any longer. Trying to say we were late before and had to many reschedules. When In Truth didn't want to be blamed for permanent damage to his gums. She didn't even do the work, it was the staff that did. Find another dentist.
